Décalcomanie is a painting by Rene Magritte from 1966. Décalcomanie is today often shortened to decal. A bourgeois 'little man' looks away from the viewer with his typical bowler hat and black trench coat. Through the curtain next to him with a detail of this man, one sees a beach and the sea in the background.
