The Parasaurolophus, meaning near crested lizard, was an herbivorous dinosaur that was found in North America. The crest on adult males could be as long as six feet and scientists think they used it to make trumpeting sounds to communicate with each other. This has led some scientists to nickname this as the 'trombone dinosaur'.
