The Met has partnered with Lingo on these one-of-a-kind playing cards inspired by the Museum's collection. Transcending cultures and time, masks have served a variety of functions over the centuries, from honoring the dead and symbolizing deities to intimidating enemies and amusing audiences. They've also been fabricated from a wide range of materials such as wood, marble, iron, jadeite, ceramic, and gold, among others. This spirited deck includes several must-see masks from across The Met's vast holdings.
