Samo Hoodie

This black Jean-Michel Basquiat x Browns 'Samo' hoodie prompts a little education about its namesake (for we love a bit of story telling here at Browns). The term SAMO was associated with Basquiat in his early days when he was part of the now infamous graffiti duo who wrote enigmatic epigrams around the streets of Lower Manhattan. Pronounced 'same-oh', the phrase is a reference to the 'same old sh*t*'. 

Each style is cut with an oversize fit crafted from a black cotton blend fabric and features 'Samo for The Socialised Avant Garde' artwork on the front in a graffiti style font, drawstring hood, drop shoulders, front pocket and stretch cuffs and hem.
